  • Cigarette Tax: $0.05 per cigarette in a pack of more than 20 cigarettes
  • Cigarette Tax: $0.05 per cigarette in a package of free sample cigarettes
  • Other Tobacco Product Tax: 15% of the wholesale price
  • Distilled Spirits less than 100 proof: $1.50 per gallon
  • Distilled Spirits more than 100 proof: $0.015 per gallon for each 1 proof over 100
  • Wine Tax: $0.40 per gallon
  • Beer and Cider Tax: $0.09 per gallon
  • Gasoline Motor Fuel Tax: $0.235 per gallon
  • Special Fuel Tax: $0.2425 per gallon (other than clean:burning fuel or turbine fuel)
  • Clean:Burning Fuel Tax: $0.235 per gallon (Includes natural gas, LNG, LPG, hydrogen
  • and other fuel at least 85% of which is one or more of the following: methanol,
  • ethanol, or any other alcohol or ether.)
  • Aviation Fuel Tax: $0.07 per gallon
